ANZAC story
In 1915 nz and australia rushed to gallipoli and went to go fight the german and turkish they got dropped off by ships the austrians and nz had to jump off the ship into the freezing water with all their clothes wet. Some of them even got shot in the freezing water. Around 50.000 Australians people and new zealand people went while 8.700 Australian and 24.79 new zealand people died the total of all the anzac that died at gallipoli was 11.479. When fighting the germans and turkish ANZAC got reinforcements the french and british came to help. The ANZAC sacrificed their lives. It was a fair war but after 8 months the ANZAC retreated . after that ANZAC went to fight again.
